Urologist in Singapore claims that male fertility may increase if a man consumes a banana every three days. This information was published in the newspaper Chyu Daily.
Bananas help to increase sperm count because they are rich in magnesium, which stimulates the production of sperm.
Similar effects can have cashews, potatoes, pasta and marine products.
The Experts advice man to avoid alcohol, cigarettes, hot showers and sauna, as they may adversely impact on the production of semen.
